Can I take Ephedrine/Ephedra with other supplements?

Taking Ephedra/Ephedrine with other supplements is allowed as long as those supplements don’t contain stimulant ingredients or other active principles that can interact with this powerful fat burning agent. The only stimulant you can use in combination with Ephedra is caffeine or its herbal equivalents.

Ephedrine/caffeine mixtures can be used as pre workouts supplements as they increase energy levels and enhance mental clarity, helping you push harder and longer and shed off the unwanted pounds faster.

However, mixing EC/ECA stacks with any other stimulant is contraindicated, as this combination of active principles is already very strong. So if you start using a weight-loss stack, avoid drinking coffee or taking supplements that contain guarana, kola nut and similar herbs.

Also, it’s not recommended to take Ephedrine with supplements for cough and cold, as this ingredient acts as a powerful decongestant and bronchodilator as well. Being so strong, it can ease the symptoms of bronchial congestion, asthma, cold and flu by itself or combined with Guaifenesin, a potent expectorant.

Mixing Ephedra with other supplements and taking this product inappropriately can put your health at risk, as the powerful energizer and stimulant can trigger adverse reactions including seizures, severe mental disorders, stroke and heart attack.
